Position Overview
The Supervisor / HR Executive (Senior Level) will be responsible for overall Human Resource management, supervision, coordination, and performance monitoring of field-level employees within the assigned district. Each district shall be managed by a separate HR Executive. The position is senior in nature and involves administrative control, target management, reporting, and effective implementation of organizational policies at the district level.
The HR Executive shall act as a link between management and field staff and will be directly accountable for workforce performance, discipline, and achievement of organizational targets within the district.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. District-Level HR Management
• To manage and supervise all HR-related activities within the assigned district.
• To function as the District HR In-Charge, responsible for manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• To ensure that all field employees are properly allocated to their respective work areas within the district.
• To act as the primary HR contact point for employees working in the assigned district.

2. Field Staff Supervision & Control
• To supervise 50–100 field employees working under the assigned district.
• To ensure that all field employees are actively involved in assigned field work and marketing activities.
• To conduct regular follow-ups with field staff regarding daily work progress.
• To ensure punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior among all field employees.
• To identify underperforming employees and take corrective actions as per company policy.

3. Target Allocation & Achievement Responsibility
• To allocate monthly student registration targets to field employees as per management guidelines.
• To ensure that each employee clearly understands their assigned target and work responsibility.
• To continuously monitor progress toward monthly targets through daily and weekly reviews.
• To take full responsibility for ensuring that the assigned monthly targets are achieved by the field team.
• To motivate, guide, and strategically plan field activities to maximize student registrations.
• To be accountable to management for any shortfall in target achievement within the district.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• To maintain accurate records of employee attendance, field activity, and performance.
• To prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Head Office / Management.
• To analyze field performance data and identify areas of improvement.
• To maintain documentation related to employee productivity and target completion status.
• To submit consolidated district-level reports related to student registrations and marketing outcomes.

5. Employee Coordination & Support
• To maintain regular communication with field employees and provide operational guidance.
• To resolve work-related issues, conflicts, or challenges faced by employees during field operations.
• To provide on-the-job guidance and support to ensure smooth functioning of field activities.
• To coordinate with management for manpower requirements, replacements, or disciplinary actions if required.

6. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Support
• To assist management in identifying manpower requirements for the district.
• To coordinate in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new field employees.
• To ensure new employees are briefed about job roles, targets, and organizational rules.
• To ensure proper deployment of staff based on area coverage and workload.

• To ensure that all company rules, regulations, and HR policies are strictly followed at the district level.
• To implement management instructions, circulars, and operational guidelines effectively.
• To ensure ethical conduct and professional standards among all field employees.
• To take disciplinary action or recommend action against employees violating company policies.

• To act as the official representative of the organization at the district level.

• The HR Executive shall be directly responsible for the performance of all field employees under the assigned district.
• Achievement of monthly student registration targets shall be the direct responsibility of the HR Executive.
