Accounts Executive Salary: ₹12,000/- per Month
Job Location:
Office-based position. The Accounts Executive will work from the company office and report to the Senior Accounts Officer or Accounts Manager.
Job Overview:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling billing and vouchers, tracking expenses, and supporting senior accounts staff in ensuring smooth financial management.
The employee must work with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and responsibility while following company accounting policies and procedures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Daily Accounting & Record Maintenance:
•Maintain daily accounting records including cash book, ledger entries, and transaction registers.
•Record all income and expense transactions accurately and on time.
•Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

2. Billing, Vouchers & Receipts:
•Prepare and manage bills, invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
•Verify bills and vouchers for accuracy and approval before processing.
•Maintain proper records of payments received and payments made.

3. Expense Tracking & Reporting:
•Track daily, weekly, and monthly expenses of the organization.
•Assist in preparing expense reports and summaries.
•Monitor petty cash usage and maintain petty cash records.

4. Support to Senior Accounts Staff:
•Assist senior accounts staff in financial data preparation and reporting.
•Support in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
•Help in audit preparation by organizing records and documents.

5. Data Entry & Software Handling:
•Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
•Maintain accuracy in MS Excel or accounting tools such as Tally or similar software (if applicable).
•Ensure data backup and proper organization of financial files.

6. Compliance & Confidentiality:
•Follow company financial policies and accounting procedures strictly.
•Maintain confidentiality of financial and company-related information.
•Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and instructions.

7. Coordination & Communication:
•Coordinate with other departments for billing, payment, and expense-related matters.
•Communicate with vendors or internal staff regarding bills or payment clarification when required.
•Report discrepancies or financial issues to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills:
Educational Qualification:
•Minimum qualification: Commerce background preferred (B.Com / M.Com / Accounts-related course)
•Freshers with basic accounting knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills:
•Basic knowledge of accounting principles
•Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting software
•Strong attention to accuracy and detail
•Ability to organize and maintain financial records
