Job Overview:

The Marketing Field Executive is a full-time, field-based position responsible for promoting the organization’s educational services and ensuring student registrations through direct field interaction. The employee will work on the ground, meet students personally, and promote the organization’s courses and services.

This role requires the employee to actively perform district-wise and area-wise field work, generate leads, counsel students, and convert them into successful registrations. The position is target-oriented, and the employee will be assigned a monthly registration target by the company. Salary will be paid only after achieving the assigned monthly target, as per company policy.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. District-wise & Area-wise Field Work:
• The employee must work daily in the field within the assigned district and designated local areas.
• Regular visits to colleges, schools, coaching areas, libraries, hostels, marketplaces, and student gathering locations.
• Develop strong local connections and market presence within the assigned areas.

2. Promotion & Awareness Activities:
• Promote the organization’s services, programs, and online coaching courses.
• Clearly explain course features, benefits, fee structure, duration, and support system.
• Educate students about the advantages of online learning and career opportunities.
• Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and banners.

3. Student Interaction & Counseling:
• Direct interaction with students, aspirants, and parents.
• Understand student needs, academic background, and exam goals.
• Provide proper guidance and counseling regarding suitable courses.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students.

4. Student Registration & Lead Conversion:
• Generate quality leads through field activities.
• Convert leads into confirmed student registrations.
• Assist students in completing the online registration process.
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of student details.

5. Monthly Target & Performance Responsibility:
• Each Marketing Field Executive will be assigned a monthly student registration target by the company.
• The target is reasonable, achievable, and performance-based.
• The employee is fully responsible for achieving the assigned target within the given time frame.
• Salary of ₹40,000/- per month will be paid only after successful achievement of the monthly target, as per company rules and performance policy.
• Failure to achieve the target may result in salary deduction, delay, or non-payment, as per company guidelines.

• Submit daily field activity reports.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and completed registrations.
• Share market feedback and competitor insights with management.

• Maintain punctuality, honesty, and discipline in daily work.
• Follow company rules, instructions, and ethical marketing practices.
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
• Avoid false commitments or misleading information to students.

Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
